4) UTF-8

5) PHP 7.2.7

The Website is running under PHP 7.3:

6) The website is running under PHP 7.3.

The MySQL username and password for the local XAMPP website is the same as the GoDaddy.

The admin site doesn't work at all, all white and no text.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '../res/x5engine.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php73/usr/share/pear') in /home/creativevaping/public_html/admin/includes.php on line 3

x5engine.php did get uploaded.

I reinstalled Website X5 2019.3.9, and tried to load the website to GoDaddy.  x5engine.php did NOT load to public_html/res as it should have.   I had to load it myself manually.  The website now works.

Hello. Please clarify, is the problem with connecting to the database already resolved?
Regard to uploading the site to hosting, try temporarily disabling your antivirus and firewall. Do not use VPN. Try to reload the entire site again, not just the changes.

I disabled my anti-virus and firewall and /res/x5engine.php queued up to transfer and transferred.  So the Antivirus/Firewall blocked it from being transferred originally.  That doesn't make me happy.

Nothing wrong. You need to configure exceptions in your antivirus and / or firewall. You can find out how to do this in the documentation for your antivirus / firewall. You need to exclude Website X5.
