2019-3 update will not update my current 17.0.4  en

Hi, when I try to update to the latest update I get this message:

I have been trying again and again over the last week but no go.  What is wrong?

Hello Einar,

Your firewall and/or security software is possibly blocking the connection to the server.

But try this...

You can download the 2019.3 setup file from the following location:

Download WebSite X5

Then run the setup file as an 'administrator' in Windows.
