Hi Frank, Dennis is a registered user for v9. I have not enought info but I can think that it could depend on a compression problem so the video is not compatible with the Flash Player... Undecided

Steve R sorry I'm getting confused as to which I've answered on here!! As we do not get any notification of posts anymore!!

The most common reason why video's are failing in X5 V9 is because the files are "TOO LARGE" (It would also happen with V8) Users don't realise that their server will not stream large files successfully. (Stop and start) If they want to use large files upload to YouTube, Vimeo etc.... then display in X5!!

When you use MP4 you have to use compression H264 and not MPEG-4, otherwise it will not work
