Embedded player

When trying to use some youtube videos on my site I get the message. "the owner of the requested video does not allow it to be played in embedded players.
How do I get around this? I attach a snap of the shared video.

If it playes from you tube direct correctly then;
Make a prtscrn of the video at some point, create a picture from it. Set picture in picture object and make a link to the video on youtube.

or, if you are the owner of the video. Go to youtube and set the video to allow to be embeded.
