Templates of miniatures in the Gallery were changed

To my (unpleasant) surprise all the templates of miniatures in the Gallery were changed. It might be progress, but I am nut amused. However there is a way out, a second option were one is offered an png file. Automatically when using ‘old’ templates. But by manipulating this option myself I cannot find the files. Could you tell me where they are hidden?

OK. Thank you. It helps. I made a copy of C: \ Program Files \ WebSite X5 v17 - Professionnel \ Res \ Gallery in my Documents file. And that works.
Still wondering: what was the reason of the change. That's also because I dislike most of these new templates.
