Uploaded website but can't find it on any search engine?

Good Day, I'm very new to the X5 family only joined today. Please excuse my entry level question but I need some assistance to get the website going as soon as possible.
I created my 1st website (on version 2019.3.9.1) today and uploaded the website to the internet which I found very easy.
After I uploaded, I searched on Google for my website and could not find the website? If I enter the complete URL with (http:// or https://) then only I can find the website and it displays the webpage.
Please direct me on what to do to find my website from the search engine (search field).
I've read some posts on the SEO but do not quite understand (still a newby).
Please advise.

It takes time for your site to be visible on Google.
Basically it is SEO. Being a young website, make sure you have structured the pages correctly and have communicated your sitemap to Big G.
Put simply, you need to make your site known to Google and make friends. It's like a relationship between people. If we don't know each other, we can't look for each other and vice versa.
By submitting the sitemap, it is generally like introducing yourself. As in any relationship, it takes time to get to know each other well and become friends.
The more structured the site, the easier and shorter this process will be.
some time = at least a month, maybe more, it also takes time to climb, even if SEO is good.

The only way I know to add the tracking code is by inserting it on the SEO tab, under Expert > Verification metatag for Google Search Console. Is there another way of doing it? I'm still very new to Website X5.

Yes, paying for ”Ad Words” gets you to the top of a Google search. Most ”generic” listings are several pages down, where nobody looks.
