Structured data on blog posting
Author: Bolesław S.Google search console shows errors with structured data on blog posts.
Here is an example result from testing tool:
@type BlogPosting
#1 error - logo https://www.teachers-zone.com/favImage.png (The url field value is required.)
#2 error - name The value of the name field is required.
#3 error - @typeAggregateRating - The review does not include the name of the product it covers.
#4 error - @typeAggregateRating - BlogPosting is not a known valid target type for the itemReviewed property.
#5 error - @typeAggregateRating - Your rating is not within the given range
#6 error - @typeAggregateRating - datePublished - The value of datePublished is required.
Error #5 is clear for me. It is caused by a lack of ratings. I don't know how to remove the rest of the errors. Whole structure is prepared by Website not me.
Hello.I sent a notification to the company employees.Expect an answer from them tutu in the comments.
Hello Bolesław
This matter has been reported by other users at the moment and I would like to provide a little insight on these warnings. I've investigated the issue and I believe these are but simple warnings indicating that the code generated by the software which is dedicated to providing richer information to Google's Crawlers could be widened to include more fields. These are in no way mandatory and should not prove to be penalized to your website's score. That being said, I will still notify the developers of this so that the matter can be kept under careful check by them
Thank you
Stefano
