Php Issues On 1 And 1 Hosting Of Website

php issues after loading project on to hosting site. Captcha and blog show php errors. When I switch captcha off I get a message when I try to send an e-mail which says 'You don't have permission to access /files/mail_p006_8_00.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 not found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request' No idea what to do. Help?

. . . possibly you are not having PHP ordered with 1&1 . . .
Just make a test using a known *free-hoster* whether you will get same problems . . .
