After "New Update 10.1.12.57" - program won't start  en

Hello there,

After the update 10.1.12.57, Website X5 Evo 10 won't start. The error message is attached. Does anyone have an idea?

Quang, there were a number similar error messages back around 2013, but before trying them you might like to see if installing as administrator gives you success and if not delete the hidden Incomedia folder (you will need to re-activate every installed version after this) in c:\users\yourname\appdata\local

You should only install from the executable in your download folder inside your profile.

The advise in 2013 was to reinstall .net and c++ (eg. https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/177137), often this fixed the issue but a significant number of problems were caused by corruptions of support files in windows which were fixed by re-installing Windows.
