Did the sale of credits slow down?
Maybe getting rid of their expiration would be a better incentive for buyers?
Posted on the
maybe, are you hoping for more discount?
Or maybe some for free would be nice.
Hi All,
I agree with Tom G, having an expiry date for unused credits is unethicial in this day and age. Time that
Incomedia woke up to this reality and accepted that their current model for credits is preventing most
users buying credits and will only get worse as more user decide enough is enough.
Time for change Incomedia.

I do not want to brag - but I'm a marketing and branding manager for 14+ years. Incomedia has some very good marketing strategies, but some are very sad & bad. The credit system is totally DEMOTIVATING for the users, especially with this unheard time-limit.
If I was somebody in the Incomedia marketing - I would go with two options:
option A (buying credits with NO expiration date, objects bought by the credit-package would be i.e. 15% cheaper) and option B - buying objects directly, without having to buy credit-package.
Heck, if I need an object which costs $5, I do not want to buy a $25 credit (which will expire), but if i need more objects, I will buy credit-package and get some discount for doing it.
Hi Tom,
with reference to your question, the offers on credits is available because we introduced in the new software release the possibility of using Depositphotos Premium-Images, which are paid images which you can purchase using credits. Of course, the free Pixabay images are still available.
Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
Hi Elisa,
can we buy Depositphotos Premium-Images without their watermark?
It would be very strange if you pay credits for them and are left with a watermark.
Here is more info about these:

I still don't understand the need for the credit system. Can we not just pay a fix amount for the objects or images without having credits expire? After all, we paid for it. It's my hard earned money that paid for it so why should credits be taken away? I have 3 credits that is about to expire, but I paid for it.
I would pay DOUBLE the amount that Incomedia is charging for ”credits” if they never expired. However, with their unethical expiring status, l haven’t bought ANY credits in more than 3 years.
I intend to maintain my ZERO spending policy as long as Incomedia keeps their dumb expiring credits policy.
Hi Igor,
I confirm the watermarks are present only on the drafts: when you purchase the original Premium Images, they won't have any watermarks on.
Thanks! Kind regards.

No comment from Incomedia to my original post... It is not about Premium Images. It is about credits and their expiring.
I do believe, that the credits 25% discount happened because their sale slowed significantly. And that's because users lose their money when credits expire.
Thank you Sinisa B. for your response! Right to the point!
Hi Tom,
my message about the Premium Images, referred to the Igor's question. As far the Credit system is concerned, I unfortunately do not have any new information other than the ones I had already reported on a dedicated post earlier this year, I am sorry about this.
Please let me know if I can be of any help. Kind regards.
