Hi,
When I want to upload the site to the net, the following error appears:
"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host".
Please tell me what I can do.
Thank you
Posted on the
Pop. there can be a number of causes, not the least of which could be network traffic during these trying times (the connection could be slow or overwhelmed), but it can be also caused by telling WX5 you have a https: domain name but only owning an http: domain name
Until now can we assume this worked in previous versions or perhaps even before the most recent update? Did it work after you updated to WX5 v2019.3.17??
If this is an existing project that previously worked but today has failed it is probably a transient fault with the network or perhaps a (temporary?) fault with your host.
Please advise your progress.

Hi,
WebSite is updated to the latest version.
I tried an older project and it still doesn't work.
I spoke with the hosting, and they told me that the connection is initiated (they see the connection) but it is automatically logout.
From hosting everything is fine.
What other problem can it be?
Thank you
Pop - first try temporarily uninstalling or disabling all 3rd party antivirus/malware/firewall and/or vpn, if this is the problem you can add an exception.
Could you advise what version you were using the last time it worked (if you can't remember, go to your online site, right click on a page and view page source, it should tell you the version used)
However, if older projects (v2019.2 or earlier) also will not work, this equally points to a problem with your PC or the network. If this is the case, first restart your modem and PC

Solved.
I use a portable modem from a mobile operator.
I called this operator and he disabled the antivirus on their platform.
Thank you for help.
Respectfully,
