Creating a space instead of object

How do i create a "space" instead of an object to allow my video in row formats to show at correct height, i had a text box, but removed it and now need to "fill" the space to show video correctly..

Hello.Try this (but this can only be set for objects).Or use CSS.
Andy, you could place an HTML object instead of the text object. Do not add content, simply specify the height you require.

you can also use either the Objects Simple Separator or Separator to get this effect.
