How can I remove entry from Followed Topics in my Profile?
I don’t need to follow posts I was interested in three (or even more) years ago.

Hello Tom,
The procedure is the same as the one used to follow a topic.
Go to the threads(s) you wish to unfollow.
Click the star icon in the first post, as shown below...
Clicking this icon will toggle repeatedly between follow/unfollow...
