Has anyone come across the error on attached pic. 

 App was working great on 3 sites then stopped for some reason,  now it wont let me add any sites again.  I have tried uninstall/installing,  but to no avail.?

I have tried connecting via 4g but still getting same error  message.  

anyone come across this  and found a solution.  thanks..

Incomedia are currently investigating some issues with the Manager app.  It is likely that there will be some sort of patch or update released soon.

Hi Andy

I had this issue and Andre helped me with this below

Clearing old versions of websites from WebSite X5 Manager app (on Android)
I can run the Dashboards for my sites, the problem is that after updating sites,
I cant delete old dead links and replace them.
I have uninstalled the app, re installed used a barcode scanner to load sites,
All work fine, but the old dead links are still there.

There are sliders on the right next to your website name in the app click this, there you can customize and below remove.
So I have removed all sites to load fresh as they have been all updated

hope this might help.

I have tried app on my wifes phone, new install and scan barcode to add site, and it wont let me do it. I will wait and see if patch comes out.  it worked great on new ecommerce site  i set up, as it  was notifying me everytime a user registered, but now i cant add any site.  no worries guys and thanks for the help.

Are you scanning the barcode from the online Dashboard, it wont work any other way.
I use an older android by the way

Yes i am,  adding app via admin panel, then trying to add website,  same way..  fairly new samsung phones both of them..

Hello Andy

I can confirm that some issues with the login and the App are currently known and are definitely being looked at.

In any case, it seems like adding the website through the QR code on your /admin panel should work right. Just make sure to delete the already existing website in your app first.

Could you try this out one more time and let me know if the situation is the same?

Sorry to intrude.

Same problem here, only with the manager website page. No login possible. Changed my password but only get a blanc page  when login to: https://debeerzietzevliegen.nl/admin/login.php No problem before the update.

All, not sure what Incomedia have done,  but manager app appears to be working now,   i opened it up and  scanned QR code and all is working  well.  remeber to enable push ntifications from inside the program.
