Centralising the buy now button  en

Author: Phil L.

After going through the process of buying something from the shop that i have set up, i encounter the problem that the buy it now page where you can pay with paypal is skewed to one side.

I have managed to get some of the text to centralise via the step 1 language options by inserting a <center> html tag. However, this has not worked for the order boxes or the buy it now button.

How would i go about this?

I have attached a screenshot to make this clearer.

Any and all help appreciated.

It's not the best way to enter code in the language section.

if this is an object on a page you can use on top the margin button.

then use alignement.

You can fine tune with outer and inner margin.

One more thing, take care not to have empty spaces on your page, always use this icon to create spaces and alignments to objects and set the object to maximum width or height (so you don't have spaces left) then align.

Best Regards,

Unfortunately you cant do that as the page is not visable to edit, if you look at the screenshot i sent you will see its not a page that comes up in the editor. Unless you know a way of adding it it cant be done the way your suggesting.

ok i see what page it is now.

sorry, i can't find a way to do this. it's not a standard function in x5, you could make a IDEA post, maybe Incoemdia can make this in future releases.

Or wait, maybe someone here knows some coding that can help out.

Hi Phil,

I see that this view comes because  you didn't enter any text useful for the customer to pay. I really suggest to do that, not only to have a better graphic, but because it is really important for the customer to have info on how to pay.

Anyway I report your idea, so it could solve even if there's no text as payment description.

Hello Phil,

To be honest, i would leave it left alignd. This is the most normal and common place, it is also the place where customers expect it to be. Keep also in mind that it is viewed on smeller display's by aligning it to the left it will be more clear and easyer to be read by customers insteded maybe too much in the center and data get's lost on the right side.

This is not a website or webpage, well actuually it is, but it's import to be viewed correctly, and in the most possible good way. You probably get what i mean to say, it's more like a bill for your cutomers.

Anyway it's your choice offcource.
