Possibility to sell a product of any size
I ask developers to create the opportunity to create a product sale when the size of the product determines the price.
A product whose unique size determines the selling price. But product size allocation can also be important. Or request a custom label for the product. It has a minimum selling price for the product regardless of its size.
for example: engravable board
5cm x 6cm or 10cm x 3cm
Inscription, font, text, other
For product sales opportunities, the opportunity to submit additional information. Integration of a contact form for product options. The data provided in this way would be attached to the order.

Have you tried using the variants and sub-variants in STEP 1 / E-commerce cart?
you get something like this (it's an example of the weight and each weight corresponds to a different price, you could use the dimensions instead of the weight):

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, the solution you are proposing does not work for a product whose size must be specified individually. In the case shown, a fixed packaged quantity can be requested. In the example, the custom size is important.
3 cm x 10cm = custom board size and shape
3.2 cm x 10cm = custom board size and shape
10 cm x 5cm = custom board size and shape
X cm x Y cm = custom board size and shape
The size is determined by the customer. The specified size determines the price.
Using your example: Customer wants to buy (Pasta marca XY - grano italiano - prezzo al kg € 1.00) 1.75kg you are not in the offer. You want to buy in the packaging provided by the customer. Or we want to write an extra label on the bag of pasta. This example is not realistic.
But if I say someone would buy a tablet and want a caption for it.
Create a custom caption
I understand. Then you have to use the PERSONAL FIELD that you can insert between the fields that the customer must fill in in the purchase process (see below). You can assign any text you want to this field (example you can write: "SPECIFY THE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR PRODUCT IN THIS FIELD" and you can also make this field mandatory. The only drawback is that the customer should make a single order for each product because those measures refer only to a specific order.
If the customer wants other products, he must order them later and always individually.
the result is this...
P.S. sorry for my english but I'm italian
