Missing Blog in V2020 1.8

Dear Sirs,
After upgrading to V2020.1.8 i have lost my blog page and i cant create new or edit old old ones.
To "special pages" i ve got Blog & Blog Article page, but both of them tthey dont let me add new or edit old ones...
