Dear Friends,
I installed version 9 (upgrade), but I can not open the program.
A dialog box appears with information that I do not understand.

. . . possibly you did not read the other posts regarding *minimum system requirements* for v9
-> You have to install Framework *.net 3.5* even if you did the update to 4.x . . .
