2 Taxes per Item in Shopping Cart

Hello. Their is any addon or may be some HTML modification for shopping cart? I am from Puerto Rico. We use up to 4 Taxes and each Item have at least 2 Taxes.
Any way to add 2 Taxes per Item in Shipping Cart.?
