Hi,
I had this email from a user of a website I designed for customer when visiting this blog
https://playmoderntennis.com/blog/?the-roger-federer-forehand-de-constructed
"By the way - when I go to your site on my Wifi I get this error message:
This site can't produce a secure connection
Playmoderntennis.com uses an unsupported protocol
My browser is Chrome and I am on a Mac, But when I go to it on my phone via 4G then it loads without a problem.
It may all be a problem on my side but just in case it might affect some of your customers perhaps share this error message with your dev team
“ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"
Is it a Website X5 problem?
Many thanks John

John, this sounds like a webhost issue but I am sure someone will step in if I am incorrect,
In the interim I would contact your host and advise them of this error.

Thanks I will contact them too...
I just used my Mac (browser Firefox) to view your site and it worked perfectly. I then tried Safari and the result was the same. I don't have Chrome installed, sorry.
My mac is a 2010 Mac Pro running Mojave. So, as Esahc suggests, it could be a webhost issue but it might be useful to know what type of Mac your user has in case there is a specific issue with one type of hardware or OS.
