How to stop the page from scrolling back to the top

Is there any way to stop the page from going back to the top when you click the back button on a website? I want it to go back to the same spot on the previous page but it goes back to the top of that page.

Hello.As far as I remember, a similar questionnaire has already been asked.This seems to be related to a specific browser.Please send a link to the site page and write down which browser you have.

Thanks, I haven't launched the website yet. It's when I click back in preview mode. I figured if it was doing it in preview it would do the same once it's on the internet
