Making a back up copy

I am curious about the back up copy. What info is put into it? Just the data file for the site you are writing?
Obviously, the back up copy is not backing up all images, CSS files, individual HTML files, etc. Right?
Because when I opt to create a back up copy and I have around 240 web pages set up, it takes maybe
3 seconds for the completed message to pop up. It is real fast. Just wondering what goes into the back up
copy.

it consists of the iwprj2 file no more. So it's less then a backup in step 5, export project that includes all files.
