Is the shopping cart Import file syntax for category field as follows:?

; Mens Clothing > Casual ;

The spaces after and before both delimiters are required? (Both for ; and > )?

Thank you, Adrian

The answer is No.

Attached is working csv file. There is no spaces around semicolons (";"). And there are three cases regarding space around ">" sign: space just before, just after and no spaces.

Tom, did you ever figure out getting from  into columns and bac again to import large amounts?  Im still struggling. And did we ever get a decent answer from Incomedia regarding the import/export feature?   I have managed to get some items imported,  but not  getting images to import from a web address .. I will keep plugging on..

I think I got to that point (with Antonio D’s help).

I put together a spreadsheet (named “Import Creation.xlsm”), which allows you to edit products in excel cells, create csv structure out of it, and save the csv file as “ShoppingCart Import _<date and time>.csv”. This .csv file can be directly used in WSX5. I haven't tried images from the web, though, just from local machine...

If you are interested, send a message to the email account I use for such purposes:
