Blanc screen on preview and text

When I preveiw the website (PRO) i get a blanc screen. Where I can type Text i don't see the text.
I tryed to use CTRL but I only see the logo and than a blanc screen. I did reinstall but still the same problem. On Evo i don't have the problem. I work with Window 10.
When I publish the website you can see eveything on the internet.

Issues like this are almost always caused by antivirus software or similar, interfering with WebSite X5's operation.
You might need to add an exception for the Pro version of WebSite X5 to the whitelist of any such software.
If you haven't already done so, please also try opening WebSite X5 after a clean boot of your computer.
Finally, try to ensure that you are running the software as an administrator with full rights in Windows.
