Responsive sized picture in row format image list  en

Hello, I am trying to create a sequenced image list background in the row format section but the image size is way too big, even on full screen, and when reduced for other views, they are unreadable. I have tried reducing the image sizes before adding to the list, but they still seem to be stretched and worse, they are pixelated too. I have one set of sequenced images and one set of stacked, and both are not resizing as I'd like. Is there a work around or something I haven't done? TIA, cheers

Tony

I've tried following this but I'm a bit confused about how to do it - where do I need to place the transparent image - in the list of images in the sequence, or in the text object? Is it a probem there are two objects in the same row? Sorry to be a bit slow, but I'm getting frustrated with it!

Anthony, I haven't given your problem enough thought to work out how to achieve a horizontal split, but based on the blank image in the above link I added your logo to it. This comes some way towards your required look and feel for mobile resolution?

Blank image with logo, it can be created in any reasonable paint package.

Hi, this isn't quite what I mean - I am still having a problem with the size of the original image - is there an optimum size for pictures to fill the background properly? If I manually reduce the size and then import it back, it gets stretched and pixelated. Is there a way of auto resize like on other images?

Anthony, if your pictures are pixelating when used in row formats could it be that they are not approximately proportional to that required in desktop display (eg are you using pictures in portrait format rather than landscape?). I set background images to be 1024 - 1200 in width.

Thank you for the suggestions, in the end I managed to jiggle the sizing in Photoshop to get the look I wanted!
