Adding additional commentary to my blog

So I have created a blog on a clients website. How will client be able to add comments to that blog. I have accessed the Online Control Panel but I am seeing nothing about the blog.

I understand that. But, when the client wants to create a new topic, does he use the same dialog that someone use to comment on a topic.

The client has to have the WSX5 installed to be able to create a new blog topic.
The client can post comments - like Aleksej explained - but he/she can not edit the blog without the software. That's a bummer...

please consider that WebSite X5 isn't a CMS: because of this, it is necessary to use the software to apply changes to the project and, in this particular case, to the Blog. Because of this, your client will need to use his or her own program to manage this aspect autonomously.
