Resizing product photos

I might be missing this completely, but is there a way to get the product photos to "Fit" into the product window? i have never had an issue before, but some images are too "big" for my product windows if that makes sense, they always seemed to adjust to size before?
I know i can resize them using microsoft office picture editor, but never had to do that before?
Maybe My brain is fried with importing Csv's
Im sure the Hive of educated people on here will know the answer.

Andy, is this project imported from an earlier version? I recently had to replace a few product images (same image just with a different name) to fix this issue after import to v2020.

@esahc, no it was created within 2020, i created a website 6 weeks ago with full sized photos taken with a camera phone, and they resize and "fit" into the Product window. But a new images taken from a zip file along side a csv, seem "too big" and didnt fit in the window. Its a new day so maybe a fresher brain might help this morning... I will check all the settings again and see..
