No Bullets, Cart, Cursors, Flags In V9?

Why are the folders for Bullets, Cart, Cursors and Flags no longer available in V9? Once again this seems to be a backward step from V8, and increasingly more difficult fix a website created with V8. Regards Richard.

How do you change the style of cursor in V9?
If you still have V8 on your PC (both version can coexist on the same machine) you can easily retrieve V8's bullets, cart, cursors and flags, and use them if you need to do so in your V9 site.
