Export a web site

good morning. i have create a website using the x5 evo and i m trying to export it in the internet by its ftp. but it says me that the name of the server (in url section) or the file name aren't the right names, but i know that they are the rights. why? what i have to do?

i havent my own ftp software, i use the ftp of the x5 evo. so i can't send a pic only.
take a screenshot of error? at FTP upload stage?

yeah, if you take a screenshot of your screen, ctrl/prt scr on a Windows laptop i think, and paste that into message box.. I can see what the message says..
