I got the following message from Gtmetrix also from google:
88.0KiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.

"Does any easy guide please?" - if you have PageSpeed Module on hosting, then you will need to enable several options.
