Google flagged one of my pages for text too small.
corrected
But on the info page it also said I had a page load issue - i opened it
and it says a resource couldn't load - its nothing I recognize - some sort of tracker from moat.com
I didn't put it in.....????

Hello.Yes, such situations do happen.Ignore this. You cannot influence external resources.
"I didn't put it in" - perhaps this code is loaded with some kind of library or some kind of service such as sharing buttons.
