Scrolling menu

Hi,
I have created my site with previous version pro. Recently I added a page, and the menu is no longer visable, scorolling on the site as I go down the page.
is it possible to make it visable again at all times, I could not find the function.

goto template structure, select side bar, set below always visible

Same can be done for the hamburger menu for mobile site?

It should work there also automaticly.
But I am not sure what version you are using but the sticky bar in step2 can also be used.
