Version 9 Installation/upgrade Problem
Author: David WalkerHi, I need tech support please.I have purchased WebSite X5 EVOLUTION 9 and template pack 901. I have loaded the software which works.( I am familiar with software as I have built sites using version 8. Problems: dowwnloaded version is 9.0.0.1654 when I try to check for updates I get a message box saying" It was not possible to install updated files because you are not registered yet.Please go to answers.websitex5.com to complete your account registration" When I try and load template pack 901 the software the program software says it needs updating. I have registered with website answers ( I must have done or else how else can I be writing this post?). But it wont allow me to update the software or install the other template files. I went for a new installation full price rather than an upgrade as this is a new machine. It looks as though I have version 9 software but x5 answers seems to think I have version 8. I may have used the same password and or email from a version 8 install on a different pc. Anyway can someone please help as after paying out for a full version 9 and templates I am stuck at version 9.0.0.1654 unable to load the additional templates I paid for. cleverbridge reference number: 29474898 Many Thanks, Dave
