Hey, you guys are holding out on me.

I just saw on the Website X5 website, you have this nice button in the bottom right of the screen that

just floats there. It is "an out of off chat button?"

Is this available to us? I do not necessarily want a live chat. I am not planning on sitting in front of a screen

every minute. But the function where it says chat is not available right now, leave your name, e-mail, and

a message is actually what I would like to have 24/7.

How do I get that. Instead of the boring TOP arrow thing I am using? Don't get me wrong, the jump to top

of screen is nice. But I would like to promote avenues for quicker customer contact. But not every minute

available chat. So is yours like the Chat answering machine???
