Mobile responsive display issue

Please see this site on an iPhone https://apexxltd.com/ scroll your thumb left and right and you will see the frame is not solid - it wobbles with a white background appearing - doesn't feel sized correctly for iPhone - using the usual page break sizes etc - any suggestions?

It appears that the header and/or footer is not set up correctly (content wider than the viewport).
