The page is 2 columns, left column at 70%.

The left text box has a lot of content and covers 3 rows.

The right column top is an image object, the right center object is a button and the right bottom object is an empty text box.

I'm trying to move the button up to almost touching the image, I'm padding the text object below it by adding large vertical margins and also blank text lines in the object.

Not really getting any movement of the button.

Any ideas to pad an object to force other objects to move?  Thank you as always.
