Does anybody know if I can have automatic and manual registration on the same site pointing at different pages?
https://guide.websitex5.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44001269647-how-to-create-a-members-area-and-define-access-to-it seems to suggest I can but I can't get it to work.
Grateful for advice and suggestions.

You can redirect a user to any page after login in he user account itself in acces management.
You always need to login,
You can have the login / logout object to login.
Once login the user has free acces to the pages you have set for this user in the page Lock function. Even after a few day's except if the user has logged out or has a longer time not logged in, then he needs to login again but accesing the locked page directly will always get automaticly a login object. (or if shortly previously logged in without login out immadiatly acces.
