Wsx5 pro and websites adapted to the users with disabilities ...  en

We have some inquiries for website and webshop designs from the companies situated in USA and Canada.

And regarding this, my question is:

What Incomedia is currently doing so that the WSX5 becomes compatible with these new disability-friendly site's design rules?

Please give me a straightforward answer (no politics speak, thank you) - because I do not want to put my company in any legal dispute for not complying or not being able to comply to these new regulations!

If you are not working on fixing this - please give the community the list of precise guidelines on how to make an online store or website using custom coding solutions so that our work will be in accordance with this new regulation.

Thank you!

But, one could ask, why the company employees need a notification from the Moderators?
Isn't it their obligation to answer questions? Hmmm...

Hello Sinisa

Thank you for your inquiry.

Moderators have access to special tools that can help Staff members identify important matters more quickly, which might not be solvable by users.

About these regulations you're reporting, do you perhaps have any official website or documentation about the necessary legal requirements to be adopted into the website in order to pass this information to the developers in order to investigate this further

Please let me know this here so that we might look into this

Thank you

Stefano

To answer your question:
No, all we have are some inquiries form the potential clients from USA regarding this issue.

Since we are going to make websites for International companies - this necessary modifications for the people with disabilities is quite an important thing to implement.

I'm going to find the legal demands for the sites like that - and will post it here.

@ Stefano

Here is the link where you can find some points what every website (currently in US, tomorrow in EU) has to have (luckily the majority of those are easy to implement):

https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/10900-ada-website-requirements.html

Hopefully is not a law yet, but it will be, so Incomedia should get a "heads-up" for implementing some of the features in the next updates...
