Valentin, the new search object is very good, but sadly you cannot parse search criteria (eg display only "in stock"), the user must select the search/display criteria.

I confirm you can set some search filters, namely:

• Search field: it allows you to search for a product by name and description. By using the quotation marks, the search is performed by exact phrase: for example, if you type "blue t-shirt", only the products reporting both terms and in this exact order in the name or description will be displayed.
• Categories: search for one or more categories.
• Properties: search by the properties set for the products (see: How to create custom filters for the Product Search page).
• Price: search by price, according to an established range of prices from the less to the most expensive ones.
• New Product: search only for products that have been marked "New".
• Discounted product: search for products for which both a specific and quantity discount has been applied.
• Availability: search only the products actually available
• Sorting:sort the search results by one of the following criteria:
  • Relevance;
  • Lowest Price;
  • Highest Price.
