Text not word wrapping on smaller screen size  en

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with text adjusting to screen size using a text box.  I have three pages: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

1) The pages are identical (except for length of text)

2) On my Terms of Use I just can't get the text to word wrap. I have copied text from MS Word and Notepad.  I have deleted the text box, remade the page ... nothing seams to work.

What happens is (viewing on a mobile) you swipe the page to the left to see the continued text.

The attached image is from screen preview.. which only shows the text being cut off.

I even split the long document into multiple boxes.

Cliff

Hello Cliff,

Could you provide a link to the page online please, so that we can analyse exactly what is happening here?

Kind regards,

Paul

I dont't think I should post a link on here as my site has adult content :)

Any other ideas?  Such as a way to contact each other off of here?

Cliff, I took a look at your site. It appears the problem only occurs on the Terms of Use page from the link in the footer. It appears to have formatting embedded which is over-riding the responsive layout fuctionality of WX5.

This is a standalone page. I would first copy all of the text on that page to a text file and save it (this will strip the formatting). I would then delete the page (terms-of-use.html) and create a new page to replace it (same name).

Now open the text file, copy and paste the text into the new terms-of-use page.

WX5 will now have full control over the formatting for responsive displays.

Cliff - hopefully you will see and remove the duplicate content in the page before publishing (accuracy of information, links, liabilities . . .   :-)

(Word has been my undoing many times. I have also found the safest way to wipe hidden codes is to actually save, close and then re-open text file before copy and paste)
