Pop-up image

I designed for someone a web site with EVO9 and after uploading it there was a problem with the pop-up images in the photo gallery: on some computers it would not show the pop-up litebox effect image rather it opened a new page with that image.
I had to redesign the whole web site in Evo8.
Those computers have Windows XP OS and IE8. One third of business computers in the world still uses XP.
Before Incomedia put out EVO9 should have tested it in older OS like XP not only Vista/WIN7.

X5 V9 is now HTML5 & Microsoft is stopping support for XP in a couple of years time!!
Businesses tend to run their systems to the ground..... They cannot afford to keep up-to-date! Imagine maintaining 10 - 2000+ comys everytime something new comes out!! Win 7 has took over from XP according to stats for consumer computers......
It's your customers/visitors that you should be taking care of!!

It looks you have no business experience.
As a web designer you have to develope a website that works everywhere.
You cannot tell your customer to change dozens of computers, operating system and subsequently his custom made business/accounting software, spending thousand of dollars because your website doesn't work properly by him.
If you do then you'll sound very unprofessional and will loose the deal and all the months spent developing the website ....
Statistics: One third of business computers in the world still uses XP.
Incomedia has to fix this problem in the next patch.

did you by any chance add personal JS codes? Our Gallery works in XP IE8!
I see that your software isn't up to date, please remember that this is very important for the programs correct function.
