Some fault after email-form sending

Hello,
we are looking for some help with fault message (see encl. picture - screenshot) after succesfull filling and sending email forms from website. Emailing is OK (for website email, and for sender too).

Hello Vaclav,
Ask your webhosting provider to switch off the display of PHP 'notices' on your server, to resolve this issue.
