Hi carlos L.,

to make the captcha option work properly you have to verify that the server on which you are publishing your web site supports the PHP language.

Therefore, contact your provider to verify that PHP is runnung on the server and is configured properly. Some providers, in fact, especially those offering free space, do not support the PHP code execution.

Thank you!

Kind Regards,

Noemi

My server supports PHP, the problem is solved only when I export the whole site to the server again, but I do not know why.

Hello friends,

I am running several Websites. 2 with v8 and 5 with v9. Interesting is, that the mail-forms in the websites with v8 do only work with activated captcha option.

An exact copy of the same website with v9 runs with deactivated captcha option.

The error in v8 with deactivated capcha is: "Java must be enabeld". Java is enabled in the browser and the php-language is up to date. Otherwise all websites with v9 wouldn't work. It is definately a bug in v8.

Brgds, Joerg
