Unable to publish

When I try to publish to web I get a message "retrieving timezone" Timezone is correct and nothing has changed since the last time updated. I have disabled firewalls, disabled virus protection, it still will not go past retrieving timezone. If I remove the check on passive FTP, it looks like that it will publish, but all I get is error messages. I've also tried to go back and re-publish the entire webpage not just current updates. Again this does not work. i get same message My web host checked out their end with no issues

What version of WebSite X5 are you using?
Can you add your licence details to your profile please?
Add WebSite X5 licence details
Could you also advise what version of Windows you are running on when you receive the FTP error messages?

Your software is Website Creator as opposed to standard WebSite X5. This is a Summitsoft branded product, and they have their own website for support issues.
