Recently I purchased the inkWORLD premium online shopping template. However when I select the template from my licenced templates I get a message that it is downloading from the website and takes a long time to reach 99% at which time I get another message that states "it is not possible to complete the download" (see the attached image). I have tried several times with the same result. I shut down my computer and restarted it and I tried that several times as well with the same result.

Any help would be appriciated.
