Hello,

I have created and uploaded a site with evolution 10, it worked fine.

I wanted to make some changes to the site that involved more pages and more links in

the footer as well with changes in the menu bar. After i uploaded the new site,

i keep having the previous index page, showing up first as it was and after i press

a page then the site becomes the new one, the index page is the new one etc..

I can't figure out what is going on. I made the changes in the base of the old site,

i kept the hole site and i added pages and changed some parts of the scripts.

I also havee proffesional 15 and i copied the project and tried to upload it from there in case

that would change something, but again the same problem

Thank you

Vassilis, can you provide a link to your website please?

In the interim (and assuming it works correctly locally in preview), press ctrl+f5 in your browser (to flush the browser cache). If this does not fix it then perhaps you turned on the intro page? If this is the case you may have 2 index pages (index.html and index.php). Try opening each (eg www.yourwebsite.com/index.html and www.yourwebsite.com/index.php, you may also try www.yourwebsite.com/index.home) If more than one exists it may be necessary to delete / rename the incorrect index page.

Vassilis, there does not appear to be an issue with index.php or index.home, but are you sure that you have an index page in your project? Could it be that when modifying your site you deleted or renamed the home page so it is no longer called index?

In step 3, select what you believe to be your home page and click properties.

Is the filename index?

If not, can you rename the filename?

Yes it worked, it is as you told me. I had renamed the index file and

that was the problem. Now it works perfectly.

Thank you very much!
