New images formats

When will the program accept the newest images formats that speeds-up the upload of the images?
According to Google PageSpeed Insights (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/)
Image formats like JPEG 2000, JPEG XR, and WebP often provide better compression than PNG or JPEG, which means faster downloads and less data consumption.

io utilizzo le immagini .jpg , ottimizzandole prima di inserirle nei progetti e non ha MAI avuto segnalazioni in merito da Google PageSpeed...
PS:
jpeg2000 è supportato SOLO dal browser Safari
jpegXR è supportato (anzi era, poichè non è più aggiornato) SOLO dal browser IE
OK, quindi +1, invece per l'aggiunta del supporto delle immagini .WEBP
e visto che ci siamo anche delle immagini vettoriali .SVG
