Program "Freeze"

I have for several years used WebSite 5 PRO 10, which has never been a problem, but now the program is "Freezing" when I have worked with it for approx. 10 minutes. I then have to restart the program. In some cases, my work is gone, but not every time.
Q: Can I reinstall the program?
Q: Will the new installation find the saved WebSites?
Can anyone help?

There could be a number of problems (eg 3rd party av etc, one drive, even hardware) but before exploring those can you confirm there are no empty cells/rows/columns on your web pages?
There are a number of reports of this issue. It is fixed by simply adding object to empty cells (eg text, picture, etc). There is no need to add content to each object.

I have no empty fields. I have been using prog for several years, with no issues of any kind.
Question: If I reinstall, will prog find the saved sites?
Yes Villy, if you reinstall the program will look in the default directory for your project. If you are using a non standard location you can easily set this when WX5 starts in settings.
For absolute safety I recommend creating an iwzip file of each project before proceeding (step 5, export project)

Victoria, from your profile (top right) you can download the latest version available to you from download, and the activation key from licenses.
I have switched off my antivirus and reinstalled the application and I am still having the same issue. I urgently need to edit my project can someone please assit.
Bernadine, you may or may not have the same problem, I do not know what version you are working with although I assume 2021.1 evo (Villy is using v10).
Please start a new post. Detail the problem (Does it apply to only one project? Was it an upgrade from an older version? Does it happen with a new project? Have you ensured there are no empty cells? Is your hardware relatively new? Are you working locally? Is the folder in the one-drive folder? etc ) because the more information we have the more likely we can help you.
Screen shots of error messages are also very helpful.
