Account on Hold, Orders on Hold  en

It may be a good idea to have the option of putting a customer account on hold and putting orders on hold with a notification email.

Example 1 (Account on Hold):

It can have a clickable icon in the "Reserved Access" section of the Website X5 Manager that we can click on to put a cutomer account on hold for a reason such as "Violation of your Website Terms."

Currently there are 4 icons:

1. Manually Validate the user

2. Resend the validation email

3. Send the recover password email (Which never works)

4. Remove User

The fifth option can be to put the Account on Hold, which do not delete the account but it won't be accessible by the customer until once again approved.

Example 2 (Order on Hold with notification):

There are many variables when it comes to issues with payments. Sometimes customers think that their payment was successful when it is not, or we may have an issue fulfilling the customer's order.

Regardless of the issue, it may be a good idea when we click the "On Hold" button in the "Shopping Cart: Cart" Section of the Website X5 Manager, the customer should receive an email notifying them that the order is on hold, just like when we click the "Process" button.

It may also be a good idea for both examples to have the option of customizing the emails being sent, as all businesses have different policies and procedures.
