Paypal Plus gibt es nicht mehr in WSX5!  Es gibt nur das normale Paypal und die Plattform Paypal Commerz und hier muss man sich bei Commerz anmelden bzw. benötigst du ein Geschäftskonto und kein normales Paypal Konto. Was steht bei dir bei der Zahlungsart im Onlineshop?

der Paypapl Account ist ein Geschäftskonto. 
Hatte im Shop wie gesagt Paypal Commerce gewählt. Das andere steht ja als "veraltet" oder so.
Dann  folgtedie  Verbindung  mit  und  das  klappte  angeblich  auch.  Trotzdem  nach  Kaufabschluss keine  Weiterleitung.  Browser  vom  aktuellem  Win10

i do have the exact same problem, at the paiement once the customer goes to paiement paypal shows but it leads to an non paiement, it is very frustrating because the customer thinks we are not reliable and go to another seller

Hello Stefano, now the Shop is linked to the old Paypal System. Works, but not state of the Art anymore. Before that i follow the Instructions to connect the Shop to Paypal and the Software said all is OK. But after buying something and finishing payment Customers are not redirected to Paypal. As Oliver also wrote this looks not very professional.

Hmm...no Popup here without manual Click on Paypal Button. Thats not the behaviur from other Shops.
Normally after accepting the Terms of use and clicking "Buy" Paypal should appear without further Clicks.
Which Browser did you uses ? I used Windows Edge and Firefox.

in all stores I know you are automatically redirected to Paypal after clicking "Buy Now". Think about your last Ebay-Buy !
Yes, it works when I click on one of the buttons but this is not the behavior that customers expect. From all other stores you know it so that the Paypal window opens and they then log in. I already had customers who thought the behavior of my store was a bug. Who knows how many thought the same but never contacted me and simply did not buy. Would it be a problem to do it like others do? Tip: For Translations try deepl.com. Works better than Google :-)

I'm sorry to hear that this is causing confusion in your users. As of now, this procedure is considered very standard and these buttons are the classic buttons linked to the Commerce Platform service which PayPal provides and there is no way around it

The buttons will be presented to give the user a chance to use a different payment method throw PayPal, or even use Credit card directly if your country supports it

As of now, this is to be considered the correct behavior if you're using this specific system
